2. emergency download mode(hard key,power + vol- ) can enumlated BootRom Vcom
Preloader Vcom:
if the unit has flashed a workable preloader.
every boot unit will enumlated perloader Vcom 2.5 second for handshake with MTK
console mode tool(SP_download_tool.exe).
